Whatever you decide, we have a villa that will be an ideal starting point for any of the above activities. Villa Magica is located in Mošćenička Draga, along the road that leads directly to the beach. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.



The interior of the villa is 430 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a modernly decorated space for socializing, cooking and dining. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals and there is a double fridge for storing food. You can enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table that seats 12 people. If you want to relax after dinner or need a place to enjoy movie nights, the living room will welcome you with a sofa, armchairs and satellite TV. The room is dominated by dark tones of the walls and furniture, and thanks to the large windows, there is plenty of natural light. In addition, from the living room you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and an indispensable view of the sea. All rooms are air conditioned.



On the first floor of the house, intended for relaxation, there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, while another 2 are located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds for maximum comfort. 2 rooms also have access to a balcony with sea view. The bathrooms are equipped with hydromassage showers and other amenities include bathrobes, towels, hairdryers and toiletries. All rooms have underfloor heating.



Villa Magica offers 2 wellness areas - indoor and outdoor. In addition to the heated outdoor pool, there are 12 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing and a mini covered lounge area, ideal for morning or afternoon coffee. The villa itself has a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, loungers and an indoor lounge area. The courtyard of the villa overlooks the sea, and since the property is fenced, you can bring your pet with you on vacation. There is also private parking for 5 cars on the property.
