"OPAF! This hotel is a great example of having a prime location and taking full advantage of where it sits in a beach town by overcharging for what I consider to be low-quality accommodations. I’ve paid less for amazing, all-inclusive resorts, with food and drinks included. The rooms are old and outdated, musty and underwhelming. They need to replace a majority of the exterior, including all of the outside fencing around the pool. The breakfast was something I would expect if Motel 6 had a complementary breakfast. If you’re going to overcharge, maybe hold back some of the money from your shareholders and make this property’s value a little more comparable to the price you charge. "

"We stay here every year on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise. For $256 for one room… I expect it to be clean and well maintained. We were very upset with the cleanliness of our room this year. There was copious amounts of hair in the bathroom including the shower. The floors were needing some serious attention or replacement. Traveling with adults and children, one with special needs, it’s not easy to pack up and move rooms. For the price, we expected better. Staff was kind and tried to compensate with breakfast. $9 breakfast won’t fix the uneasiness of unclean rooms for such a steep price."
