"This is a good place at a great price. The good: very clean, great bed, instant hot water, everything you really need, great staff, and VALUE! The less than good: It is dated. If I needed to find something to complain about: Baseboard and trim could use a repaint, but why complain? This is great value; floor plan is great. Two bedrooms and two baths at a price you can't beat. We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center with our 12-year-old granddaughter, and this gave us the privacy she needs along with everything we needed for a three-day trip."

"This place could not have been more perfect!!! The pool and beach were no more than a 3min walk. Our host was very helpful when I did have a question. We had all the beach necessities available to us so we didn’t even have to buy or bring anything! There is a pizza place, diner, super market, ice cream place, fancy dinner place, and a liquor store right across the street. You have everything you need without driving far. We will definitely be back!!"
