"Great hotel itself but the location was not convenient for any attractions. The restaurants and beaches are 30 minutes away. Our room was comfortable. The pool was nice. I’d recommend they install some kind of covered area outside by the pool for when it rains."

"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. Reception bartender was friendly as were the valet staff."

"The best things about the property were the beach and pool. We had a king room with pull out couch. First I noticed the floor was wet, but I thought maybe they had to clean the carpet. When it wasn’t dry by the next day, and our clothes and everything felt wet, I realized there was a problem. They brought in a dehumidifier and it read the room as having 92% humidity. I was able to get them to switch us to a different room. Both rooms the pull out couch was rusty, mattress sucked and I had to ask for linens for it. The ovens were also rusty. The kitchens are barely stocked, so don’t plan on using the oven unless you bring pots and pans. There were a few coffee cups and mugs, and about 2 each spoons, forks and butter knives. First bathroom shower rod was crooked so curtain would not stay closed. The free WiFi was terrible so if you have teens or need to work on your laptop, make other plans. We will not be staying here again. The staff was super nice and helpful though. The pool and hot tub were nice, and just a few steps and you’re on the white sand beach."

"El cuarto estaba bien. El techo tenia telarañas y tenia una mancha donde El agua se trasminaba del techo. El baño estaba con olor a pipi como que la tuberia necesita reparacion. Tambien considero que los huespedes necesitamos cuidar en fin todos somos diferentes."

"We have 4 people; two adults and two kids. I indicated it during booking. We had only 3 towels. With the room we had, we were clearly going to use the pull out couch. It was a king suite with the pull out couch for the kids. There were only sheets. No pillows and no comforter/blanket for the kids. When my husband went to ask for pillows for my kids, they said no, we are out. That pillows is what everyone steals. How do you have a pull out couch, with the booking of 4 people, and not provide the basic necessities of sleeping? The vent in the bathroom was leaking water into the floor. The room smelled terribly. I read reviews before booking and those reviews do not match the experience we had. Really disappointed with our stay."
