"We lost our key card and they charged us 10 euros also they don’t clean your room every day they said they don’t come around each day and I had to ask for it to be cleaned no basic amenities in the hotel no iron had to pay for ironing pool Was also very cold when we asked for it to be warm the next day they said it is and it will be however it wasn’t "
