"I stay in a lot of hotels both in my professional life and personal and I can honestly say you will not find a better hotel anywhere in the world . The building is quirky and full of character nonetheless, it’s modern and well maintained. We didn’t eat in the restaurant the one night we stayed there but if the breakfast was anything to go by , we missed out because the choice was outstanding ! Then what can I say about the staff ? Nothing is too much trouble . Everything was beautifully explained, all your needs were catered for and they went above and beyond helping you with every aspect from parking to carrying luggage , they were superb ! If I could go back there tomorrow, I would !"

"Strategic location, clean, quiet, comfortable, excellent mattress and good pillows, bathroom with bidet, balcony and manager Susanna extremely helpful with all and any questions, arrangements and problems, not that we had any. Driver recommended, Tarek Shadro, punctual, helpful, safe and with good English, born in Mostar and pleasure to deal with."

"The owner was very helpful, google lead us to the wrong location. A local called our hotel and owner meet us in a couple of minutes to lead us to the hotel and even parked our car for us. Great location, right off the Main Street. Very clean and comfortable. Mostar was amazing."

"MM Residence is a brand new building with sparkling clean rooms. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Private parking is underneath the property. Breakfast was abundant and various. Old town is at 12 mins walking distance. MM’s new building is in stark contrast with the neighborhood a bit rundown. Mostar went through a lot and you still see the scars as you walk around town. Very happy with this accommodation."
