I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and had impeccable customer service skills. They were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The location was an easy walk to tourist attractions as well as the bus station, yet tucked away enough that it was quiet. The pool and sauna facilities are impeccable- small but with a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here!

There is no way you can get to hotel via gps as the road to hotel is one way..I called three times to hotel they picked up at the first time and they hang up afterwards..They didnt respond to my other calls..I had to park my car 1,5 km away to an illegal parking guy and had to walk with the luggages..When ı got to hotel there was a gentleman with glasses ı asked him why he didnt pick up he showed me his cellphone and said nobody called..The worst part is he made fun of the situation in local language with his friends there which was very rude..Then I tried to explain the situation he didnt even listen and asked for credit card..When ı go to room there was a big pile of dirty laundry and trash..I put them out of the room and they were still there the next day..the only positive thing is the ladies servimg breakfast who were professionals compared to guy at reception..

The people at this hotel made all of the difference in the world -- Sanela who works the front desk was charming, professional and very helpful. She came to our room to provide instructions on the air conditioning unit, the television and to help us bring up our luggage. She provided guidance on places to visit as well as several great restaurant recommendations. Demir who works the desk at night was also very professional and helpful and also provided restaurant recommendations. Finally Dani and Zlatko, brothers who own the hotel, are incredible gentlemen who have incredible work ethics are very concerned about the guests and the accommodations and services the hotel provides. Overall, Mostar was quite amazing and Hotel Mayden is an incredible find.

VERY difficult to find. Once you do, location is +
The only problem we had was finding the hotel. We used GPS address and coordinates, and could not find it. We stopped at least 5 times to ask people at cafes…finally one person could help us. We drove around in circles for 2 hours. Once we ‘decompressed’ from driving so much, we appreciated the location just steps from the old town market stalls and restaurants.

This hotel is brand new, so all rooms furniture and features were excellent. Lots of hot water, very efficient air conditioning. Hot breakfast. 4 minute walk to historic most star and the famous bridge. Hotel is located at the very end of a cul-de-sac, on a street that doesn't appear on some city maps. It was difficult to find and locals didn't recognize the address

Fantastic, nearly new, hotel in the heart of Mostar's historic district. Extremely friendly proprietor and staff. Nice air-conditioned rooms, buffet breakfast, free parking on site possible. I could not be happier. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Mostar.

Hotel was excellent, it has a great location in the city. Everything in the city is in the walking distance. Recommended for everyone.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung, bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Vom spa Bereich hingegen bin ich etwas enttäuscht; in den Pool passen gefühlt 4 Menschen und eine kleine Sauna ist drin. Extra gibt es noch einen Massage Raum und eine Sonnenbank. Massagen von der weiblichen Mitarbeiterin sind nicht zu empfehlen; ging 45min statt bezahlter Stunde und ne richtige Massage war das auch nicht. Der Weg zum Hotel war das schlimmste. Keine richtige Beschreibung, Navigation führt einen in Einbahnstraßen, aus denen man direkt wieder raus geschickt wird. Im Endeffekt muss man falsch herum in eine Einbahnstraße rein und durch die Fußgängerzone. Aufenthalt war okay, aber mit Wellness und spa hat das definitiv nichts zu tun.

Really nice hotel in the middle of old town with parking. A bit tricky to get there though, you have to drive on a walking street and ignore some traffic signs to get there. Sanela in the reception is a very good receptionist. The manager should really take care of here, she made the stay even better.

Chambre petite mais confortable (on a bien dormi). La salle de bains est petite mais fonctionnelle. Jolie décoration. Hotel calme et très bien situé dans la ville (proche des restau), parking dispo. Gros point noir : la piscine a été "privatisée" ce soir là, on nous a "gentiment" demandé de partir. La bouilloire de la chambre était pleine de calcaire donc inutilisable.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Altstadt und die berühmte Brücke sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden > der Weg per Auto führt durch recht enge Gassen. Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Hotel, die können aber knapp werden.

Excellente situation, au calme et dans le centre
Bel hôtel, très récent, qui doit être conservé tel quel, il faudra. Petit déjeuner normal pour la Bosnie. Petite attention lors du départ de la part du gestionnaire, très agréable de sa part. Situation idéale à 2 pas du pont, proche rivière, au calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
