"Great stay and modern facilities "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Einer schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Gastgebern mit vielen Einblicken in die Landwirtschaft (frische Milch und selbstgemachtes Joghurt haben uns geschmeckt). Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und hat alles geboten von der Einrichtung, was wir brauchten und einiges mehr. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebeung zum Wandern oder Joggen."

"The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful. If you don't have a car, there isn't anything close. Walking distance for other dining is 10 minutes or more. My wife and I were the only ones in the hotel dining room. Dinner was excellent but a little pricey. Breakfast was also good, with good selection but also pricey. "
