She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "Am Konzerthaus hotel, is located very close to the shopping district. The hotel upgraded us and everything in the mini bar was on the house. They also refill items in the mini bar. Mini bar had much food and drinks; including beers. Thank you! The outside of the hotel is not much to appreciate it inside is pretty glamorous. My daughter loved it."
