"Excellent location among all attractions of the city. Both Yamashita park and China town is in easy walking distance. Minatomirai shopping area is about 15 minutes away but has a nice promenade with beautiful views. In the other direction about equal distance is Motomachi and Minatomeru park. Rooms are clean and very good sized, even by American standard. Breakfast buffet has many options. The flat white from the coffee machine was better than anything I’ve seen in a buffet."

"The staff were very helpful when I checked in and out, and I felt that if I had any questions they would be able to assist me. The room was excellent, providing anything I may need in a quiet and comfortable environment! As it is connected to Haneda airport terminal 2, it is super convenient for an overnight layover!"

"Spacious, clean rooms with an amazing bathroom. Separate tub and shower. Washlet toilet with an automatic flush in its own space. Bring your own water bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser located next to the ice machine. Located in Queens Square. Steps from the shopping center and the Minatomirai Station. Lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent. One phone call and they came to pick up our luggage. Made reservations for Airport Limousine Bus at bell desk and also paid there. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how expensive the breakfast is. So, I never had beef there. Just pick up sushi, sandwiches or rice balls at Family Mart. Nearby are McDonald’s, KFC, Subway and Starbucks. Much cheaper than America. Across the street is Mark is, where they have a food court and many restaurants on the 4th floor. Also within walking distance are World Porters, Marine Walk, and Red Brick Warehouse. Just love this place!"

"We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"
