"Cheapest toilet paper available in the world. Loudest room heater ever, but it kept the room warm 🤓. Breakfast was fine except the scrambled eggs were not hot and they ran out of Dark Roast coffee. Still, ok for $171.00 a night 😎"

"Super cute house with a surprisingly spacious feel. We enjoyed being able to walk to get good coffee and pastries (we loved Colossus!), the outdoor areas, and all the extras available for our use. We rode bikes to check out the beaches further down because the beach nearest to the house is a dog beach, which is cute to check out, but we didn't want to hang out there all day. Brad was very responsive and the house is well labeled with instructions, and expectations they have for you as a guest. Just to tell a little bit about the vibe of the interior; there were a lot of beach signs, decor and fake flowers. The larger bedroom had a very squishy mattress topper and all the beds had polyester sheets. Overall we were happy with the stay and enjoyed having a few chill days after being on the go earlier in the week. "

"Motel manager Rosa was super friendly. Room was clean. The ice machine was out though and there was a light that was on a sensor above the window that could not turn off. The housekeeper was super helpful and suggested to put tape over the button."

"Lady that put out the breakfast was friendly and worked hard to get things set up. Gentleman behind the desk at check-in was extremely unfriendly. Parking was easy and comfortable. Room was clean."

"Property was very clean! Staff was accommodating. Parking included which is a huge plus. Prime location, quick and easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Main Street on Seal Beach is 2 miles away, I will definitely be returning soon! "

"The house is super cute. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned for our trip. The check-in was flawless and the host's email were very helpful.The house was just the right size for our family of four with plenty of space to relax in. The adjoining outdoor space was neat and sun-filled.While we didn't need it, the TV was not connected to any service, a streaming device or a simple HD antenna would have been nice.The kitchen had everything you need to warm up leftovers, microwave, pots and pans, ect.We would definitely consider staying again if our plans require a location in Long Beach."

"We had a great two-night stay! The beach view was absolutely amazing and completely unobstructed—it really made the trip special. Street parking was easy to find, even with multiple trips in and out while we grabbed groceries, which was very convenient.The neighborhood felt calm, quiet, and very safe throughout our stay. Most of all, Kim was an excellent host—very informative, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was going smoothly.Overall, it was an awesome experience and we would definitely stay here again!"
