Our check in time was 4pm, we got there at 3:45 and the staff said the room would be about an hour until ready and that they would call us when it was ready. 3 hours later and still no call. Then when I went to the staff to see about that room, the front desk agent seemed annoyed about me asking. Considering the Queen Mary just went over a 3 year renovation, I was expecting the property to be looking very nice and clean. Instead, there are floor tiles missing, everything seemed dirty and ancient. You can restore old wood panels and make them look nice, that was not the case here. $30 for parking overnight in a lot that doesn’t even have a security guard seems ridiculous too. Overall, I don’t think I will be revisiting the Queen Mary in the future.

horrible rooms. i could hear every word (and more) through the walls. Toilet had a weird handle and didnt flush all the way. Room was musty and felt more like a dungeon

The hotel was as authentic as it can get for an old ocean liner. Room is a little small, but that’s expected. The onsite restaurant served among the best Sunday Brunch I’ve ever had, and great evening drinks in the lounge. Absolutely a great experience!
