We had a lovely stay. Didn't use all facilities but would be happy to return. Only constructive feed back we would give, is that the flooring in the restaurant looked rather tired and shabby. Let the room down and needs replacing.There was a nasty rip in the flooring in one of the lifts which was a trip hazard. Staff were all very friendly and our room was lovely too. Thank you, Louise Kiyani/Tina Conlon

Fantastically helpful and welcoming staff. Room was perfect for our short trip away and we really enjoyed our lovely evening meal. This is our second stay and looking forward to visiting again soon.

Spacious room. Quiet. Good enough for a quick stopover but old lumpy beds (I had to use a folded up towel to stop the spring digging into my hip!) furniture tired. Bedding flat and heavy. Bathrooms clean and nicely decorated but noisy extractor fan. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really nice. I wouldn’t stay again because of the mattresses, but all ther issues were minor.
