Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 600 m, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 19 km, railway station 22 km, rocky beach 28 km. Marina 28 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
