SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

The villa, pool and garden are true to photos and more. The pool is huge set in beautiful, peaceful gardens. The children loved the ball games and swing. The kitchen is very well equipped. Inside, the villa is really tastefully decorated and furnished. Stan and Celina are lovely hosts always there with information and advice. Mougins village nearby will remain one of my favourite places and eating places. The mountain views in the area are stunning. decorated and furnished.

Absolut perfectly calm and beautiful spot

We had the best time and the perfect comfy spacious house surrounded by a beautiful garden, a huge pool and cozy clean interior. The check-in was super easy, communication during our day very very friendly and efficient. We got recommendation for places along Côte Azure. Everything was super clean. We had an amazing week in Stans beautiful house!

Stan’s house was amazing - everything was great- the terrace - the kitchen - the garden - and the swimming pool was fantastic. The area is lovely - Grasse, Cannes, Nice -and great hiking areas is close by.

House is better than in the pictures. The owner lives upstairs and is exceptionally friendly and helful. There's plenty to do around for activities and a great place to relax if that is your main goal. Would certainly come again.

Gorgeous home from home

Stan has the most wonderful holiday property. We often stay in this region and this home proved to be at the top of its game. The bathrooms are gorgeous, kitchen has everything you need, comfortable furnishings, the outside is wonderful with a great pool, it was just so relaxing to sit out on the beautiful terrace in the evenings and enjoy the local produce. We were here for 9 nights and it has flown by. Stan is such a lovely gentleman and very courteous and caring. Highly recommend this super home.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay! Stan was a great host who was very responsive to all our questions, and even made some dinner reservations for us. The pool was warm and clean, and has alarms which brought some peace of mind as we had young kids with us. Beautifully landscaped garden. The bedrooms all have AC so we slept well. Beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and found the kitchen to be well equipped. There is a grill outside and a coffee machine. The location was perfect - a lovely quiet street (not that we could even see it as the property was fully fenced and gated) and we were about 15-20 minutes from all the cute little towns in the area. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to come again!

Everything you want for a holiday stay

This property has been recently renovated and include all the modern amenities one enjoys on a holiday. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with modern fittings and are comfortable. The bathrooms in the two master size rooms are convenient for two people due to their exceptional size. The kitchen is very well appointed so if you love shopping at the fantastic markets in the region, you can come home to a great cooking space and BBQ. The pool / patio is the pièce de résistance. A very well appointed with lounge chairs, seating and a wonderful dining space. You can ask for a better space for your summer BBQ. The kitchen / patio space is appointed to easily accommodate 10 people, and the owner is very flexible if you have guests over for a meal. Our only consideration was there is a lot of very nice art work and breakable items in the main room / kitchen area. A family with kids might use caution here and make sure the breakable items are safely away from children or guests having to much fun.

Fabulous retreat to chill and tour the French Riviera

This is a great place to stay. Firstly, the pictures do not do it justice. We were blown away by the size of the apartment, the garden and the pool. It was spotlessly clean. Also, the couple who own it could not be more helpful. They were so welcoming and were very quick to respond to any questions we had or any minor problems. A fuse blew one morning but it was sorted within a half hour. Stan also came to check on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. There are plenty of towels & linen and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We used the BBQ outside a lot. We especially loved the big table outside which was covered but you still could experience being outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We would walk to the train station which was 35 mins although there is a big car park there so would only be 10 mins by car. We especially loved Mougins village which is only 10 mins by car. It was amazing. My husband and I came with our dog. Then my son and his partner joined us, as well as my daughter and her partner. There was plenty of space for all of us. They loved the apartment as much as we did. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. If we decided to come back to this area at some point, which I’m sure we will, then we will definitely try to book this apartment again. The description says it’s an apartment but it was more like a villa.

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa! Der riesige Pool, der wunderschöne Garten und die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung haben unseren Urlaub zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Unsere tierlieben Gastgeber haben uns viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich unaufdringlich, aber sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert! Unvergesslich bleiben die Ausflüge zu Gorges du Verdun und das abendliche Feuerwerk vom Boot aus. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Ein toller Urlaub

Ein tolles Haus mit super schönem Garten und riesigem Schwimmbad. Unsere ganze Familie und die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter, die im 1.Stock wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Rückfragen waren sie immer zuverlässig erreichbar. Die ganze Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, der Garten und das Schwimmbad sind für die Mieter bestimmt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vi kom fra Danmark til et dejligt hus nær Cannes. En skøn lille by med mange gode restauranter. Togforbindelse hver time til Cannes, Nice og Monaco. så man er fri for at tage bilen med. Wunschlos glücklich

Ich war mit meiner Familie sowie unserm großen Hund in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Unser junger Hund ( Ridgeback) war gar kein Problem. Er hatte reisen Spaß und konnte sich frei bewegen, wie er wollte. Meine Tochter ( 17 Jahre) war sehr begeistert. Sie genoss den Pool, aber auch die Umgebung hat ihr sehr gefallen. Nizza , St. Tropez , Monaco, die Verdon Schlucht. Alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir waren 9 Tage da. Für die Umgebung viel zu wenig. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön. Viele kleine Buchten, schöne Orte. Für die Bootsfahrt mit dem Vermieter blieb leider keine Zeit mehr. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Stazek und Celina sind sehr nett, sie nehmen sich Zeit und geben sehr gute Tipps hinsichtlich der Ausflugsziele. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, sie waren stets hilfsbereit. Sehr liebe Menschen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts was man im Alltag benötigt. Bitte keine Spiel mitnehmen, wir hatten eine ganze Kiste mit, was nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Alles ist vor Ort. Die Villa ist weitläufig. Wir waren mit zwei Pärchen und hatten alle ausreichend Platz sowie Möglichkeit für Rückzug. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad, was alles nochmal angenehmer macht. Ebenso gibt es einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Hauswirtschaftsraum. Mit der Unterkunft und den lieben Vermietern kann man den Urlaub sehr schöne genießen. Danke für Alles, Familie Szmit

La dimora di Stan é speciale. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari e volto a farti sentire a casa. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti località di interesse. The accommodation was lovely and clean with two great bedrooms and one smaller twin bedded room. The bathrooms are really great and the kitchen well stocked. The garden, terrace, swimming pool and outside space is super and wonderful for relaxing. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectation. Highly recommended. Relaxing & comfortable Family Vacation

We spent 10 relaxing days with our family at Stan’s beautiful house. We had the whole lower floor to our selves including the big garden and pool. The friendly host was available for all questions via phone, otherwise we barely noticed we were not alone in the house. The area is very quiet and perfectly located to explore beaches and cute cities in the area of Cannes and Antibes. We enjoyed the relaxed days with BBQ, table tennis and the amenities also very suitable for small children (e.g. security alarm for the pool, children’s room…) We would definitely come back again!

Perfect holiday home

We were completely happy with our week at the villa. The house was very clean, it’s very nicely decorated and furnished with an eye for details and both the house and the garden are even more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool is very large and beautiful. Stan was a very good host, very helpful and even organized a boat trip to the islands near Cannes for us. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and the coast, Cannes, Nice etc. are easily accessible by car. All in all highly recommended and we’d be happy to return.
