"The best part of the stay was the included breakfast, although limited options. The box springs in the room were visibly soiled, floor was dirty in the corners of the bathroom, ice machine and soda vending machines out of order, fan for heat was noisy and woke me up at least once, room dark with minimal lighting. Front desk gets busy and wait times are excessive for assistance due to max of two kiosks. It’s ridiculous they charge a “dog fee” for cleaning when clearly nothing is cleaned related to dogs. The dirty box spring looks to be from dogs jumping up with dirty paws/urinating on them/dirty noses. I could keep going. Disappointing experience for the cost as I could have strayed somewhere nicer for the money I spent. Overall could be cleaner and better maintained, likely will not be staying again. "

"The place was beautiful, the room was nicely done and its very low key quiet. I highly recommend it and its so close to Gunstock Mountain. "

"Staff was awesome, but a few maintenance items I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. The room was comfortable, loved the views, pool center & games were great. "

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "
