There is no lake view, but the place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved this place and will definitely book again. I would like them to say parking for more than 1 care since there is space for that.

Rustic or ….

The only thing this place has going for it is it truly a five minute walk to the beach, which is a very nice shared community beach great for small children. if you have a boat it’s a great pick up drop off spot-other than that, I would say stay anywhere else. a few recommendations if you’re gonna stay here anyways bring things to cover the furniture & shoes to wear in the house. Do not plan on cooking a Meal because the appliances are obsolete/hazardous, with the exception of the refrigerator that was fully functional. The lockbox is located under the stairs. Ignore the one that’s on the door bring fans because it’s extremely hot on the second floor and the bedroom ceiling fans do not work.

Communication with a Vacasa was poor and there were rooms that had no lights in them because the bulbs were burned out of the lamps did not work. There were two closets in the apartment and between the two closets there was one single clothes hanger.

Not charming, just dated and cluttered

Not sure where to start. I was expecting this to be more cottage than luxury but what we got was dated, unclean and cluttered. As a VRBO owner and host myself I have high expectations so take my feedback with that in mind. First, there is no lake view as the headlines first words state. Condo implies something different to me than an above garage ADU. What they call charming is just another word for old and dated. They have so much furniture in the 4 person sleeping “condo” that you can barely move around and most of it is filled with “stuff” (boxes, tins, etc.) or doesn’t work. The only lamp in one bedroom didn’t work at all. The pictures of the listing clearly have different lighting. Even in the day with all the shades open and lights on we had to use our cell phone light to look around to make sure we didn’t forget anything. The condo was not clean, with cob webs and other debris like leaves in the condo. Can’t see the nice wood floors because they are covered in what looks like carpet remnants. We all had allergies within minutes of entering due to dust and what smelled like mold. The beds were both uncomfortable with flat pillows in one. The one bedroom had a bed that squeaked with only turning your head - two nights of no sleep for me. The ceiling fan in that room looked like it would fall off. The other bed was covered in a plastic cover that made crinkle sounds. That bedroom had one inoperable table lamp so no lighting at all.
