"Ms. Geri and Ms. Torrey treat you like family. Attend to your every need, and make sure you have the most restful stay possible. We stay here 3 times a year visiting our soldier-son who is stationed locally to the Belvoir area. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Buffet breakfast includes with stay. Close to Mt Vernon, Washington’s distillery, Alexandria waterfront and DC itself. Definitely recommend everyone stay here."

"Old, dated hotel. They charge for parking when no one else does. Nothing "included" when every other hotel actually provides things. Kids running through the halls from 10pm to Midnight and knocking on doors. Staff does not answer calls to the desk. Find another location, you won't know it, but you'll have less stress by not staying here."

"My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. When I entered my room, I found trash on the floor, including a rubber band, a silver clip, and pieces of plastic. The bed sheets also had visible stains, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. In addition, the TV was not working, and I had to call maintenance to repair it. This issue should have been identified and resolved before the room was assigned to a guest. After I reported these concerns, the front desk called my room at approximately 10:00 PM to ask if I wanted to switch rooms. While I appreciate the offer, I found the timing inappropriate. After a long day of traveling, I was exhausted and already settled in for the night, so moving rooms was not a practical solution. I was also frustrated by the poor communication regarding late checkout. I called the day before departure and was approved for a 1:00 PM checkout, but I was never informed of a $25 fee. The next morning, when I called to confirm, another employee could not find any record of my request and then informed me of the fee. Because of this, I declined the late checkout. This miscommunication significantly affected my plans for the day. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher standard of service. The cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and inconsistent communication made this stay fall well below the level of hospitality I expect from Hilton."

"Can't complain about staff as everything needed to be done was on my phone app. Parking was ample and free which is a plus. Very very close to shopping which was good. Close to highways but did not hear any noise so no issues there. The original booking had us at a room right near the elevators which I thought was not cool considering there were many other options. Definitely try to upgrade if you are ding-averse. Room was a bit dated and lav was small. Spackle on wall so I assume they are doing some sort of upgrades. Breakfast was basic and egg dishes were sub-par. They need a healthy cereal option too. Coffee was good though. Two of 3 elevators not in service but really was not too impactful as the one elevator was pretty quick. Overall, a solid 3 star hotel."
