"This location was run down and smelled horrendous. The staff told us they were under construction. This was not made available to us when we booked. Choose this for buffet breakfast and pool. Neither was available! Very disappointed. "

"Hotel was nice, modern, and everything worked. Breakfast was above average for hotels with a nice buffet. Large variety and quantity of fresh fruit on buffet. Frech toast was excellent. Room was clean and well decorated."

"We stay in Columbus/Dublin regularly because we have family in the area, and this is definitely the nicest hotel we have stayed at so far. It is very nice and clean, and has great amenities. Our room was overlooking the river, which was neat. If you are on the seventh floor you will most likely hear footsteps above you from the rooftop bar, but it didn't bother us at all. There is a sound machine in each room, so that was great. The bathroom door is a fancy sliding door situation, so it does NOT lock (if you have kids keep this in mind lol). Nice mini fridge with water, and a safe as well. There is a free parking garage right across a non-busy road. My ONLY complaint is with the staff. They were polite, but when I was checking in the lady swiped my credit card without telling me anything. I had to ask what she was charging to my card, as I had already paid for the room. She told me it was for incidentals, and didn't give me more info (i.e. how much it was, when we would get it back, etc.). Then when we checked out, the clerk forgot to ask for our room key back (I forgot as well!) so now I need to figure out how to mail these to them I guess. Small issues, just frustrating when you're tired from traveling. However, we will be booking a room here for our next trip out to Ohio because it's a really nice hotel."

"The room was clean, however, the bed was hard, and the wall unit sounded like a tornado. The toilet was so low to the ground I felt I was falling and am only 4'11'. There is no body wash in the shower, the hair dryer hangs on the back of the bathroom door and bangs around and if you have a room in the back, you have terrible I-270 traffic noise. Parking was fine."
