"The staff was awesome, super helpful, and friendly. The common/breakfast area was very nice and clean. The bedroom was extremely run-down and in need of renovations. The room was dirty in a lot of areas, but the bed and bathroom were very clean. Considering price, it was not a terrible experience."

"We had a beautiful suite on floor 7M!! AMAZING!! Only 2 rooms on this floor. Breakfast was delicious and go shopping at the Shinola store you won't be disappointed!!"

"There are many rugs in the room that are not necessary and are malodorous. Bed has plastic sheets that make it difficult to sleep. No bedroom TV. Needs increased security. The unoccupied host desk was thrown to the ground and the outside should use a passkey but it never locked. "

"Great hotel for the price. The $55 dollars for valet parking is pretty high considering the parking lot is 20 feet away from the front door. But overall in a good location from everything downtown."

"Very easy check-in and good parking access. Breakfast was good, but the dining area was small and very crowded. Room was neat, but you couldn't close the curtains and the beds definitely weren't queen sized. Overall a decent location and good hotel for a night, but could've been better. "

"Our TV didn’t work because the last people in our room took the HDMI cable. Even though we knew how to fix it they never got us a new cable. There was one particular front desk receptionist in the evening, her name was Juanita I think? She was extremely rude. She always had an attitude or acted “put out” if you needed to talk to her. At one point I went downstairs to ask her about the Amazon package I know had been delivered and she gave me an attitude, waved her arms around and said there’s nothing here the girl before me must’ve taken it. She didnt even look for it. The next day the manager walked in the back area and came back with the box. But please don’t think that all the staff is bad because everyone else was wonderful. At one point, our key cards stopped working. We went downstairs to ask about it. The girl with the attitude was there and re-swiped our cards. Another girl that was working the front desk and had just finished work offered to come up and make sure we could get in our room. I stayed downstairs in case the cards didn’t work. I was around the corner waiting & attitude girl started talking, smack about the other girl, and my son and I to the customers that were standing in the lobby. The other young lady helped us get in. I can’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and so is Stacie & the manager was nice. Unfortunately, I have 1 more complaint and that was the beds. I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my entire life!"
