Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"We arrived earlier than check-in and our room was ready. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and mapped out everything on a little map. We stayed in the Thunderbird building and our room was on the fourth floor. Once we got to the room it was nice and clean and very spacious. Loved the little mini kitchen area. Also toilet separate from the shower was nice as well. Loved the complimentary plates and cups in the room. The soap in the restroom definitely came in handy. The pool area was really nice and spacious. We mostly hung out at the pool by check-in area. Funnel cake fries were a hit sitting by the pool. The cafeteria area was pretty nice and big. The food was decent my daughter loved the burgers. Could update the food drinks by the pool were pricey. The shuttle buses came quick and didn’t take us no time to get to epic and city walk. We didn’t go bowling but looked around upstairs and it was really nice. I would definitely stay here again. Loved meeting scooby doo. Lastly nice view of Volcano Bay from room balcony. Overall this resort was a 8.5/10 for me."
