"Come here twice a year no complaints"

"I personally loved my experience at the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome into their hotel . The hotel was exactly what I was looking for . The hotel pool was a clean aesthetic and the hot tub was the exact relaxation , I wanted. In addition, the cost of parking was affordable. Not to mention, the breakfast selection was great . Many hotels no longer participate in free breakfast Buffett style however the fact that their day , really made the stay that much better , I felt like I was more at a resort , I appreciate everything that the hotel provided . The best part was the location, it was close to everything , and walking distance to some adventurous spots ."

"Room was gorgeous and clean lots of storage. Staff really lovely and helpful. Food at Jake’s was delicious. The hotel is absolutely huge so took a bit to figure out how to get about."

"Beautiful hotel but overpriced with no amenities. I guess you pay for the location as it’s a 15 min walk or 5 min ferry ride to universal."
