8.2/10 Very good! (3,105 reviews)
I arrived to check-in early and they were able to accommodate me, however the room had a very strong perfume odor that would not dissipate. Also the room’s bedside lamps did not have a light switch and they offered to bring lamps up. They were able to move me to another room that did not smell and one of the two bedside lamps had a switch. The hand soap had a super strong scent as well. The live TV reception was not great, and using chrome cast was unstable. Lots of good food nearby. It’s a good minimal room for work travel but I wish it had a mini fridge. The gym was nice and new, but a bit tight, I’d say room for 4 people working out at once. 2 people lifting was tight, we had to work around each other. The staff was super nice.

Kenzie Hotel is a smaller hotel located close to River North and the Gold coast. Being smaller, is less people checking in / out. Evening gathering is a nice touch. Very clean

8/10 Very good! (10,135 reviews)
"Then hotel and it's staff were excellent. Then only issue was with maintenance. There was only on elevator working for the wing we were staying in and the wait was quite long. Luckily the hotel was not that busy but even then we were faced with packed elevators or even having to wait for the next. ..."

"Great location, super helpful staff, accurate recommendations, GREAT location. The bed, THE BED, so wonderful! TV very good except; remote was too difficult. The control buttons are ridiculously small and difficult to read."
