"There was a bit of a language barrier, when I signed in. The desk attendant seemed to be very surprised that I had a dog. Initially, she seemed to be saying that they did not allow dogs at all, even though the search on Hotels.Com said that they were pet friendly and that service animals were exempt from fees. Our Small Dog.(a cockapoo.) is a registered service dog. She checked with her supervisor and finally allowed the dog. There was puke in the elevator and had been tracked down the hallway on the second floor, where our room was. It smelled and stunk terribly. I went back downstairs and told the lady behind the desk. She said that she would have it taken care of right away. It was still there in the morning when I took my dog out for a walk. They were footprints on the carpet, going down the hallway, that were obviously right from the puke in the elevator."

"It was very easy to understand the instructions on how to get in to the property and it is family friendly. It was very clean and the location was Awsome for the trip. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay while visiting timmins to take a look at this property. I would stay there again if I needed too. Thanks to everyone."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, had everything we needed, and little details in decor that made the space feel comfortable and like home. The sauna and cold plunge tub made our stay extra special! We didn’t get a chance to use the fire-pit, but there were chairs and roasting sticks waiting for us. We would definitely stay again!"
