"Safe parking area and friendly/helpful staff"

"This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. The views of the mountains were glorious as we were on the 6th floor. A truly beautiful location. Really friendly staff - helpful and thoughtful. We would recommend without hesitation and stay again if we were ever in Canberra again. The hotel is about a 20min walk to the shopping area which was fine for us as we love walking. 15 minute taxi drive from the airport. The only downside was that the space was so lovely and relaxing that we had to force ourselves outside to do the tourist venues such as the wonderful National Gallery of Australia. "

"Had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk. The location is great—peaceful and convenient, making it a perfect stop for families and travellers alike. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again."
