Located in beautiful Mt. Pleasant and centrally located to everything! 5 mi to beach, 7 mi to downtown. Newly renovated 3 bedroom ranch style house with coastal decor on one acre of private property. Plenty of parking space, so feel free to bring your boat or camper, or both! Large back deck with outdoor seating, gas grill and a view of beautiful large live oaks. Great location

The property was clean with several amenities. We were there for a quick trip to visit Patriots Point. The location was perfect and plenty of parking for our trailer to move our son home. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. Appreciate the toiletries that were available. If you have a chance visit Water’s Edge. It was a great location for food and relaxing

Michelle was very responsive with every aspect of our stay. Check in and check out were easy. We had a bit of an issue but Michelle was quick to answer and got the problem resolved. Lots of things eats and shopping nearby. And the home was basically 15 minutes from everything else, including downtown Charleston
