"We have stayed at this motel many times and have always had an easy check in and a good stay. However, this trip was a nightmare! I have never been so badly treated at this motel! We arrived from a very long trip and was told they DID NOT have our reservation, even though I presented a printed receipt that showed the itinery number and that I had paid in full. Then the young man argued with me and my daughter for 20 minutes or more. Finally, my daughter said she was calling experion and then suddenly our reservation appeared on his computer. The pool was out of order so the children were disappointed and the weight room (which we have used on other trips) was locked so one of us that needed to do their physical therapy exercises could not do them. I was so upset that I couldn't sleep and can't even tell if the room was comfortable or suitable. I had made reservations for another trip in June, but now I want to cancel it."

"The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to tell them and they gave instructions on how to fix the TV and toilet issue. I cleaned the tub out and went to take a shower, only to find the soaps were all empty. (Glad we pack our own.. just in case). Breakfast.. went down it was a good assortment i put eggs on a plate and sausage.. only to come back and find ants on it they were on the counter but not in the actual food dishes. So not a good stay.. would recommend they look at these issues and hopefully they can get better reviews."
