Welcome to Sincerely Shem- a modern, upscale home in the heart of Old Mount Pleasant. Only 7 mins from downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island. You can't beat this location. This luxury 3 bedroom home sleeps 8 with 3 ensuite bathrooms. Walking distance from both Shem Creek and the Old Village. Spacious main floor with large sectional, 75 inch smart TV, contemporary kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (including a Bosch dishwasher), large island and dining table and beautiful patio set.

Adjacent to Brookgreen Shopping Center. Walk across the parking lot to Starbucks and Gold's Gym. Restaurants within walking distance include Mozzo Deli, Verde, Red Drum, Cantina 76, Flying Biscuit Cafe, Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Other great coffee shops nearby include Vintage Coffee and Brown Fox.
