"This is an exceptional property. Very clean, beautifully furnished. The street the property is on is very well lit at night. We enjoyed our time in Lexington, it was only about a 15 min drive in to see our son. The app we used to get in was very easy to download and use to open and close the door. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We have two small suggestions for the owner to consider adding. 1. Mats at the doors as it rained a couple of the days we were there and we struggled with...

"We stayed at Jolene's for our 22nd anniversary and everything was just perfect! The house is such a gem - everything perfectly decorated and comfortable! Loved having all the amenities available! The deck/porch area with the fire pit table was a favorite spot for us to just sit and drink coffee. Nice area close enough to everything! Would love to stay again!!"

We didn't use the coffee maker, but there were several varieties of coffee to use. Water left in the refrigerator so you didn't have to go out right away for provisions. Owners were friendly. "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."

"The house is very nice and in a really nice neighborhood. I didn’t get any check-out instructions or I didn’t see any. I’m use to them being posted on the fridge. The house was clean. There was a hole in the yard which my child tripped over/in and lots of ants on the back patio. Dishwasher wasn’t properly secured in the cabinet which made it hard to open/close. Overall, I would stay here again. The host was great about answering all my questions."

"The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets available. Among the VBRO amenities listed were television and stereo. I did not find a stereo anywhere and there WAS a television, but no cable connection. This was disappointing, as I assumed "television" meant I would be able to turn it on and watch programs. The outside lights (front, side and rear) didn't work; I assume light bulbs needed replaced. The listing stated there was a city ordinance prohibiting...
