The Ivana two-room apartment is brand-new and consists of:
- a double bedroom with two nightstands and a closet, a 32-inch Wi-Fi-enabled smart TV mounted on the wall, a balcony furnished with a table, two chairs, and a clothesline, a coat rack, a small chest of drawers, and a luggage rack in the hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, sink, refrigerator with freezer, table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed with a coffee table and a 32-inch wall-mounted smart TV with Wi-Fi, and a bathroom complete with a shower stall, vanity, toilet, bidet, wall-mounted hair dryer, and a window. Individual air conditioning, central heating, and a fire suppression system, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The property is just a short walk from the Shrine of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations, which can also be visited at night during July and August, illuminated by stunning LED lighting. Strategically located, the property is 200 metres from the A3 Naples/Salerno highway and a few kilometres from the Herculaneum ruins. Nearby, you’ll find public transport options, including the national railway station, the Circumvesuviana line, and bus service. The location is ideal for easily reaching the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, Capri, Ischia, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, and Salerno—the latter famous for its “artist’s lights” that bring the city to life from November through January. This year, in July 2021, we also completed the entire renovation of the exterior, creating a 200-square-meter solarium terrace on the rooftop, a 30-square-meter covered area with plants, tables, chairs, loungers, and deck chairs, lighting system, and a wooden veranda-style canopy of about 30 square metres equipped with a cooktop, sink, dishwasher, a pod-style coffee machine, a stereo, and a 32-inch wall-mounted smart TV, as well as a
