No shampoo even went to front desk and requested shampoo no small one use available, said Room service would replace one of the conditioners with shampoo. That didn't happen 😕. Room is dated older style bed and small pillows. Breakfast was Okay but not above average i wouldn't call it a buffet. Hotel seems to attract people that drink a lot and they can be noisy "
