We were also very impressed with how clean everything was, and the bed was SO comfortable! I also want to mention that communication with Abe was excellent, we had a few minor questions and he was very quick to respond. She will be a good asset if she tones down and finds ways of giving info as if she is a helper, not a teacher admonishing a student.
