"The staff that worked the front desk, we’re not friendly or welcoming, however, the Waitress is inside the restaurant and at the bar we’re fabulous. If I could recommend one important thing, they should have staff members cleaning the spiderwebs from the staircases and railings frequently."

"The hotel was very clean as well as the room. Breakfast was good. We just booked this hotel for the kiddie pool. The kiddie pool was shut down as well as the hot tub."

"It’s always nice to stay at the Alpine. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable but the lack of staff is a drag. I stayed two nights and on the second could not locate my room key number. I sat in the car at 11 pm trying to find it in my email. It took 30 minutes before I finally found it. I wish there was a number to call but I tried that on another stay and didn’t get an answer until the next day. Nevertheless this is a nice place to stay"

"Important to pay attention to whether you are booking Northside (no lake view, street view) or lakeside. We had very noisy neighbors during our stay, screaming, swearing. Police came. The lake is beautiful, boat use is a great plus! You have to request to have your room cleaned during your stay."

"If you love the outdoors while enjoying some creature comforts, this is the place. GREAT location, friendly staff, very well run/operated. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong here. I've stayed at many different sites. This may be at the top. My 9yr old son loved it. Thanks Huttopia for a memorable stay!"

"It was perfect for our needs for this stay. There really are no amenities, but all we needed was a clean place to crash.The room was clean, bed was clean and comfy and most importantly the AC was quiet and worked great!!!"

"This house is a Gem. It blew our minds when we arrived. It was so clean & every detail was thought of. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is stacked with everything you need. And there’s a 2nd kitchen also ! So no worries about keeping your food cold…. No cramming in 1 frig.The lake was beautiful and clean.There are so many kayak’s & even a paddle boat. We will be returning. Thanks Charlie for making our vacation such a memorable one."
