Hotel it’s nice but no parking . Which it’s so inconvenient cause it’s dangerous and dirty area around . Hotel itself it’s good but Santa Monica so dirty , many homeless . Smells like pee and poop everywhere . Also workers don’t know much when you ask them simple questions.
Probably will never go back cause If area around

Our first room had a bad smell and felt stuffy (issues with AC) so we wanted to move. Staff was very accommodating and kept us updated til the new room was ready. Second room was much better. AC was cooler. Beautiful view. I would definitely come back
