"Overpriced for what you get, my bed very little padding left sleeping on springs and there was a kid shot one night and died, a lot of tweakers, hobos, homeless bums, dealers, and various other sketchy people creeping around. I’ve even seen some trying to break into rooms that they were thrown out of because of failure to pay, and I’m convinced the positive reviews come from the sketchy people themselves, the staff does try very hard. The cleaning crew are great and friendly and the same with the office people, but the sketchy people are what is dragging the place down and they bring in more just like them to stay here it’s easy to see and spot"

"My family states that this house is their dream home. We enjoyed playing pool and going swimming at north playin on night swimming. We also appreciated the kitchen having all the utensils, dishes and pots and pans we needed. We had everything we needed so we could just enjoy our time with each other. I highly recommend staying here!!!"

"AMAZING Stay - Perfect for Families!Our family had the most incredible stay at this home! We had 7 adults, a two-year-old, and a two-month-old, and the house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was perfect — close to Grand Canyon University and convenient for all our needs.The layout was ideal for our family — our son, daughter-in-law, and their little ones were able to have their own private space in the back bedroom and bathroom, which made it so easy for them to settle in comfortably. We absolutely loved the multiple doors from the bedrooms leading out to the backyard — it made the home feel open and welcoming.The backyard itself was beautiful — the pool and patio were a dream and were used daily! Our toddler had the best time with the swing set and playhouse, which kept him entertained for hours. The gameroom was another big hit, giving the boys a great place to hang out and bond.The kitchen was large and fully stocked, with tons of refrigerator space, which made it easy to cook meals and eat together as a family.Every detail of this home was thoughtful, clean, and family-friendly. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!"
