They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!"Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Paris (CDG)DUB - BVA • Direct BVA - DUB • Direct€585€410found 1 day agoper traveller

"The room was small, the hangers were torn off, and so was the toilet paper holder. There was mold on the walls in both the room and the bathroom, as well as cobwebs. The cleanliness of the room (314) was terrible. Breakfast was basic."
