"One of the heaters (upstairs) did not work. Limited instructions on the hardware in the flat - cooker, fans, etc, unlabelled cupboards - took a little ingenuity to work out where everything was. Can you arrange for one english language channel - preferably current affairs - on the TV?"

"Het huis is schoon, maar veel van het huis is aan vervanging toe. Het huis rook naar riool. De buurt is erg leuk, maar neem wel oordoppen mee ivm de cafés onder het huis."

"Het water in de jacuzzi was veel te heet (42 graden) en rook beslist niet fris. Na een half uurtje in de jacuzzi te hebben gezeten dreven er allemaal zwarte vlokjes in die uit de installatie werden gespoten. De deur van de slaapkamer kon niet dicht zodat je het gebrom van de jacuzzi de hele nacht hoorde. "Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing.
