"1. Hotel could not find our booking. Yet hotels.com customer service only got back to our Friday's' call for help on Sunday, when the stay was over.
2. Hotel lobby was non air conditioned and people were smoking.
3. Staff at restaurant serving breakfast didn't care. Ok for us to self serve, but they didn't bother to replenish empty coffee pots. Food was cold w/o warmer.
3. Room toilet has strong stench fm the sewerage.
4. Lack security as anyone can access the hotel floors."

"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."
