"It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. There were also parties in the afternoon and evening in the complex, so if you are looking to sleep in at all or take naps in the afternoon probably consider staying somewhere else."

"Rosario at check in was very helpful, polite and professional, also beautiful. I would recommend this hotel for the great staff and location My one disappointment is the hospital white lighting in the bedrooms. Great for surgery, not so much for atmosphere "

"The room was clean, but the bathroom was too small. I know that its a boutique style but its easy to see that the place is outdated, need better amenities. The shower is not easy to use aswell. The team was good and that was the high point. But nothing else. "
