"My wife and I had ten days in Orchard cottage over the Christmas period visiting relatives in the Highlands. The cottage has a lovely country ambience, set near a big dam with ducks to greet you every morning. "We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong.
