"The lodge and the property went beyond our expectations. Our group had 20 people and it felt very spacious and comfortable. The lodge comes fully accommodated with every need. This was my first time renting a vacation rental with a well stocked kitchen full of every supply needed. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly to any onsite needs as well. When sauna was not working, they were quick to get onsite and fix the problem. Overall, the quality and services provided was well worth our money."

"This is truly an amazing house and wonderful location. The view of the lake is great, along with surrounding Forest Service landscape. The home is well stocked we appreciate the extra details (the woodstove is always loaded and ready to be fired up upon arrival. The kitchen is great, every size of pot and pan you might need, and a slow cooker) as well. Heated floors in the bathroom are so nice. When there's snow, staff ensure that the roads to the house are clear and easy to pass. The deck and walkways are shoveled as well. Tracy is a kind and very responsive host."

"Lovely, well appointed property, nestled in magical woodlands! The roads were tended to in between snowfalls. We really enjoyed gathering in the living room and playing board games before bed! Tracy was easy to reach when needed. Staying here was a great experience. "

"WOW! We picked the best home to have a long girls weekend with friends from college. Had a blast at Foursome Ln!!! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which made everyone happy. We took great walks through the forest to a beautiful and secluded stretch of the Deschutes that I had never seen before.  We cooked great meals in the well-stocked kitchen (nice dishes, real napkins, etc.) and loved the private hot tub. And the media room was great -- re-watching some of our all-time favorite movies.  We are already planning our next visit to this home."

"Proceed with caution. While this house is spacious and has a nice location within Sunriver, we experienced quite a few issues during our 5-night stay over the holidays. First, we were told just hours before checking in that the oven was broken and not to be used. After arrival, we found that there was mold in one of the bathrooms, two of the outdoor grill's burners would not ignite, two bedrooms had nonfunctioning blinds making it impossible to see outdoors, and the clothes dryer was disconnected from the outdoor vent. The management company sent a technician to the house but he was unable to fix anything. We have asked many times since we checked out more than two weeks ago for a refund of some sort for all of the issues we experienced during our stay. While the customer service team responds in a polite manner, the host has yet to offer a refund of any kind. This house is described as "exceptional." Unfortunately, that was not the case for us."
