"We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay."

"The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. "

"This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund. Never stay here ever. "

"This was our third time staying at Alofi. First was 20 years ago just after we were married. We returned to celebrate our anniversary. It was like a homecoming of sorts. Such great memories there. Still just as good, spotlessly clean and so well equipped! "
