Located on the beautiful Sandy River near Welches, this home is surrounded by lush greenery and scenic pine trees. You'll be about seven miles from town, where there's plenty of local restaurants and amenities. Skiing and outdoor recreation abound at Skibowl on Mt. Hood about 24 miles away as well. Whether you're planning on fishing and kayaking down the river or winter skiing, this beautiful area near Mt. Hood is the place to be.

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please abide by the maximum occupancy to avoid eviction.
This cabin has zonal heaters.
Owners regret that due to seasonal weather conditions and neighborhood concerns, unfortunately we have closed the fire pit.
Please note that due to the nature of the home, we are unable to accommodate children under seven.
Oregon Noise Ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM (quiet hours). Please abide by the ordinance to avoid problems or complaints.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has security cameras installed that point away from the front door and at the driveway.





Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
