"Heater noise "

"Staff and were very helpful and friendly. The room had a cigarette smoke smell and the table had cigarette burn marks on it. Otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable"

"The HVAC was so very noisy and sporadic and constantly turned off and on to the point where we couldn’t sleep. Then it would shut off and we think we’d be fine. About 20 minutes later. It would come on with a very loud noise and wake us up . The front desk staff came and turned the HVAC off, which solve the noise problem but we woke up sweating in the room. It was so hot. Would I stay again? No. When we checked out, we weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our stay or if it was OK."

"Never actually got to check in. Girl at front desk asked for $100 damage deposit on credit card. I didn't have one Offered to give 100 either in cash or on debit and was refused. Will never consider booking there again. Lots of other options 7's."

"Room is clean, staff is very professional and friendly, but the bathroom just tooooo small."

"Booked a room with a sofa bed and found the bed mechanism was broken and not safe to sleep on. This had happened in the same hotel a number of years back in a different room. Not sure if most of the sofa bed rooms have broken sleeper mechanisms or not but they should or sold as a sofa only. Breakfast was sub par. Hot meal item one day was hard boiled eggs, prepeeled and undercooked sausage. "
