Nice clean hotel. However, very noisy at night as the soundproofing isn't that great (can hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the street). My room's toilet did not have an exhaust fan installed (there was an exposed hole in the ceiling along with wiring for an exhaust fan), however to be fair the hotel staff did offer to fix it but I was not in the room at that time. This should have been done before we checked in. But all in all, I'm happy with the stay.

Nice hotel with good location. Overall is great, excellent sound proof room. However we experienced the lift has hard time closing its door

RM hotel is an affordable hotel that is conveniently located in the heart of Muar. Just note that the carpark is across the road and it is quite rocky.

I wouldn't say it was that bad it's just that the hotel had water supply issue on my second day of my stay which means I didn't have water supply for my bathroom since morning.The tv channels were so bad that I didn't switched it on. The telephone was outside the room which was a first for me. Overall it was alright
