"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!!
