The apartment is 65m² and has an open-plan design. The first bedroom has three box spring beds (90x200). The second bedroom has two more box spring beds (90x200), which can be set up as either a double bed or twin beds. Just let us know what you`re planning, and we`ll prepare it for you.

Another corner couch in the living room invites you to relax, and a large dining table offers plenty of space for everyone.

Great emphasis was placed on harmonious, natural furnishings. You`ll find natural wood furniture and objects throughout the apartment. Beautiful lamps provide atmospheric lighting.

With the large 55-inch TV, you can even enjoy a movie night at home.

The fully automatic coffee machine is a highlight for any coffee lover.

The balcony offers space to get some fresh air and soak up the sun.

Before your arrival, we will send you a code so that you can check in independently at any time from 3:00 p.m.

You need to know the following:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. (However, there is a smoking balcony.)
Parties are also not allowed.
No pets.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Commercial use of the apartment is not permitted, especially the coming and going of customers.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If this rule is not observed, we will charge you for cleaning the furniture and curtains.

We have provided ashtrays and seating for smokers on the balcony.
