"Legoland was the best decision we ever made. If it weren’t for them our vacation would have been absolutely ruined. Expedia completely screwed up our bookings. We arrived after a an entire day of airports. Staff couldn’t have been better. The next day we woke up to a phenomenal breakfast only to find out Expedia never sent over our theme park tickets. After standing in front of Legoland for over and hour with two autistic sons and my disabled wife who’s confined to a wheelchair, their representative who I was on the phone with after lying to me about being on the phone with the hotel eventually transferred me to an airline and hung up on me. Never again. The hotel staff ended up covering our tickets for the coming days and took care of everything. Thank you so much Legoland! And Expedia…NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Location was great, off the interstate but far enough away to avoid noises. Housekeeping did not visit our room twice. Eggs on buffet were fake but rest of buffet was good. "
