"Amazing staff. Comfy place"

"Nice hotel, seem to be friendly reception. However twice I asked for linen since we had someone sleeping on a couch and twice they never came. The service was with a smile but the buck was passed and no one ever came and it happened twice, two nights in a row. The response was "Oh but I told someone to do it" in other words they never took ownership. Bad move!"
