"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "Loved this quaint and tastefully chic get away! It was very accessible to the surrounding areas where we had events going on. We could tell there was a lot of care put into the small, but perfect space for a couple nights. It was spotless and comfortable and had a wonderful spacious shower which was nice to come home to. "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely rental. Our party of 12 ranged from ages 4 to 84 and this house worked well for everyone. It was cleaned well, kitchen adequately equipped for our group and the amenities kept everyone entertained offering great spaces to relax or play. We had to reach out to the property management while we were there and they were prompt and efficient in response. We would absolutely stay here again!"
