This is a Dream Superior 3BR Condo Apartment very impressive and fully furnished with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. It has 1,220 sqft in a quiet and safe community. This condo is located on the 1st floor. This lovely condo apartment is perfect for a family vacation or getaway weekend. Amenities include Clubhouse, fitness center, free WIFI, community pool, spa, playground and tennis courts. Easy access to schools, shopping ,Restaurants, main roads , highways and Orlando attractions.

The large master bedroom has water and conservation views with a private master bath. The additional bedrooms feature walk in closets with a queen size bed in the 2nd and a twin in the 3rd bedroom.

You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.
