"Online this looks like a beautiful, secluded, private rental. Our family was so excited to stay here. As we arrived we found that the pictures online looked much better than what we were actually getting. The carpet is stained, walls are dirty, and the furniture was not clean. One of the beds box spring/frame is on the floor. The house had a very strong musty smell. The kitchen is beautifully renovated but the remainder of the house is outdated. The pool was not clean at all. It was full of crabs, worms, leaves, sand and dirt. When we called to ask what the refund process was they moved us to in a new house within 30 minutes because even the rental company knew. They admitted no one had rented this in a while and they knew it had a smell. We should have known based off not having any reviews. I hope this review will be a help to someone else before spending a large ammount of money. "

"Area geared more for big groups that eat in. Disappointed with the restaurant choices for breakfast and dinner, compared to they keys or Marco. House was great."

"Coastal Aloha" 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Home w/ a Private Pool!

Review of Coastal Aloha home

"The house was okay - though I had to clean the kitchen counter tops and the refrigerator when we arrived. The kitchen cookware was non-existent. The two cooking pots were small, broken and not safe to use. The pot holders/oven mitts were filthy. There were dead water bugs in the enclosed ground level entry way - along with dirt and a filthy broom. The bed sheets that were provided by the linen service did not fit the beds because of the mattress toppers on each bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the mattresses. In the upper level bathroom there were two floor mats that were stained and dirty. For a property that cost approximately $600 per night - after taxes and fees - our expectation for cleanliness was definitely not met. The level of care and consideration by the owner of their guests was very disappointing. We would not recommend this property and do not plan to stay there again."

"Enjoyed the stay. Wish we would’ve had more than one roll of toilet paper for six people. The tub needs some non slip. Could have used some bathroom cleaning supplies. Overall we enjoyed our visit. Nice location and convenient to shopping. Thanks again"
